Confeitaria Tupi has been in the heart of Baixa for over three decades. Recognized for its pastries, it is a meeting point for different generations of customers, attracting hundreds of visitors daily. The space has been renovated but remains, since 1987, as one of the icons of the restoration of Porto, especially due to its own pastry making. The new decoration retains the essence of the “original”, but adopts a modern style, providing greater comfort to those who visit. Founded by two French people in love with Porto, Mademoiselle is a typical French pastry and bakery, characterized by its warm and sophisticated atmosphere by the sea, but also and above all, by the delights it offers our customers, such as crepes, éclaires and obviously croissants, simple, but also, for example, with homemade salted caramel jam or almond filling. In addition to sweets, you will find a wide variety of savory snacks such as croquetes, quiches, omelets and various types of baguette. Everything in this pastry is made in the kitchen itself according to the French tradition, known our its high quality standards while served with sympathy.

The Marisqueira Madureira restaurant opened its doors on 8 September 2007. In this space you can find the flavors of traditional cuisine and, according to them, “the best francesinhas in the Porto region.” This restaurant / seafood / barbecue / snack bar has a room with a capacity for 73 seats. In this space it is possible to hold events or group dinners for up to 20 people, with very appealing menus from € 12.50 per person. It has take-away service. The service is personalized and friendly. Its specialties include natural Gamba, grilled tigers, prawns from the coast, squid and shrimp kebabs, Terra Mar kebabs, Madureira cod, among others.
