In order to guarantee the vertical integration of the entire process of transformation of fine chocolate, from planting to the final product. With strong links to São Tomé and Príncipe, Cacao Ecuador is proud to be independent of the massive global cocoa bean marketing chain. This partnership was born from a joint desire to ensure the best and fairest practices in the entire process of chocolate transformation, from planting, valuing the heritage of cocoa exploration through the rehabilitation of Roça de Santo António in São Tomé.
