They have yogurt bowls with homemade granola, fruit and honey, brownies and homemade cakes, vegetarian dips, salads, and also toasts, such as Supernova, the star of the company and “the first sandwich to travel in space”, as it reads on the menu.

Open Kitchen began as a grocery store for Portuguese products from small producers across the country. To help make known the quality of these products, many of them organic, the owner Miguel Almeida set up a small kitchen on site. It is a kind of tasting room, where you prepare snacks with the products available. In addition to these snacks that you can taste at any time of the day, it also serves lunches made from the products you sell at the store. Open Kitchen was conceived to offer the customer differentiated products for their quality in an increasingly industrialized market
