Esquire Coffee is a Canadian brand with over 200 stores worldwide. In Porto, since 2017, the brand has been betting on a quality organic coffee, where fairtrade is based, that is, based on fair price / quality trade. The specialties are, of course, coffee drinks, hot or cold: espressos, lattes, frappees, but also hot chocolates (with or without marshmallows), smoothies and teas. They can be served in small or medium glasses. It also serves brunch, with two options, a simple one, including eggs, cheese, yogurt, toast in cake, scones, orange juice or hot drink, and another complete, which has all the simple option offers including two pancakes.

With a cozy interior space with granite walls, Café Snipe is the ideal place for themselves to “enjoy your breakfast with friends and lunch with your co-workers”. For meals, there is a varied offer with soups, fish dishes, case of hake au gratin, small sardines with bean rice, meat dishes such as stewed veal in the spring, belly of piglet à Bairrada, combined dishes, mixing salty chips and salad, salads and various options of francesinhas. It has outdoor space, with terrace, to enjoy on sunny days.

The Taberna da Gata is a restaurant space that was thought to snack in the evening. The context and the offer redirected the project. The context made the option of take-away and home delivery to be offered, as well as daily menus. The offer is related to the success of his chocolate cake, initially thought to be sold by slice, became the target of many orders. On the menu you can find chicken with beer, squid beans, steaks with mushrooms, roast lamb or roast veal. In the snacks you can choose the podium, which is what they call the three most requested suggestions of the menu – roasted eggs, balls of “alheiras” (a type of Portuguese sausage, made with meats and bread) and goat cheese and “rojões” (diced pork) with chestnuts.
