Cafezeira is an establishment of many years, initially focused on coffee and spices, having introduced new products tailored to the demands and needs of its customers. Coffee is still the protagonist, from several origins, lots of pure coffee, blends of coffee with barley, just to mention a few, ground to the customer’s machine, various teas, seeds, dried fruits – honey-dropped figs, from the Douro, Turkish, dried pears, walnuts in shell and shelled, hazelnuts, grapes, plum corinthians with and without stone, dates, apricot, pine nuts – dried fruits and spices. They also sell avulsed and with environmental concern, which means that the customers can bring their containers.

It was at Rua de Cedofeita, more specifically at number 269, that Mina Anjos and Eunice Sobral gave birth to Pátio d´as Marias.
This space is assumed as a fine grocery store inspired by the Portuguese grocery stores of the twentieth century, with the ambition of becoming one of the most emblematic of the city of Porto.
Recalling ancient times, customers are entitled to personalized service and access to high quality niche products from small producers.
The Pátio d´as Marias space is also the venue for tasting events, tastings and workshops related to the area of activity of this establishment.

Mercearia Joãozinho, located on Costa Cabral Street, near the Antas area, is a store specializing in fresh and traditional products. This grocery store is “the balance of your confidence”, as its slogan says, and here you can find quality products and a personalized and close service, typical of local commerce. The customer can find various types of fresh fruits and vegetables, such as strawberries, cherries, kiwifruit, lettuces and watermelons, among others. In addition, this grocery store offers wine products with a wide range of wines available to the customer.
