“Eat well and live better. Eat biologically” is the motto of Loja Alimentar Ana Maria Magalhães, a grocery shop that, as the motto indicates, promotes healthy, biological and sustainable products, for a healthier and more environmentally conscious life. There is also the promotion of a close trade, not only with the customer, with a specialised service, but also with small producers, who cultivate their products in a traditional, read, organic way. Cabbages, turnips, carrots, watercress, courgettes, onions, peas, green beans, garlic, apples, pears, almonds, oranges, strawberries, chestnuts, are some of the products you can find in this ‘bioshop’, some depending on their seasonality.

Mercearia das Flores was founded in 2012, as a result of its desire to make known and publicize a careful selection of Portuguese products.
With preference for products from small regional and / or organic producers, it offers the visitor canned goods, cheeses, cold cuts, olive oils and wines, including honey and convent sweets, Broa d’Avintes and artisan bread that comes from Trás-os-Montes. It is an unpretentious place, without luxuries, where the important thing is the product, its aroma, its texture and its taste. Here customers will be able to sit down and select directly from the menu the products they wish to taste; or they can choose directly from the shelves. After tasting, the customer decides better what to take home.
