Maria is vegetarian, Guilherme eats everything. When they opened a food business, they wanted it to be something where the two of them could sit down at the table in a relaxed way and enjoy the meal. From Brazil, they passed through Spain and settled in Porto, where they opened Club Life. This concept was born in Brazil and it is a place of natural and healthy food with one thing in common: the use of fresh ingredients. The menus do not contain refined sugar, gluten, lactose or preservatives. Here too, plastic does not come in. It is the client who assembles his plate, chooses the food over the counter, among the options of protein, hydrates and vegetables.
