Munchie Burger is the first artisanal burger in Porto. Born on July 16, 2013, the need to address the lack of meals for young people in Porto’s “moved” area was born. This is an innovative and informal concept, developed by a team of young people who attended the night and knew well what could result: a different hamburger that does not have “fast food”, but quality light food, prepared “on the spot ”with fresh, locally sourced produce. Today, Munchie is a reference brand in the Greater Porto area, and strives for the continuity of the quality of its products, currently having three open spaces in Greater Porto.

Grainha is a family business with a connection to the Mercado do Bolhão with over 50 years of history. As a wine cellar, it was born in May 2018, when the Temporary Mercado do Bolhão was opened. Those who visit Grainha know that they can find, besides a great variety of drinks, a constant concern in receiving their clients well. Here you can find Portuguese wines, produced by dozens of partners, which guarantee a selection of quality, handmade beers, national liqueurs, as well as a selection of spirits, so that you can enjoy delicious cocktails. In 2020, they opened their online shop to bring the products to the customer in a fast and simple way.

O casal João Winck e Ângela Moraes decidiram abrir um espaço onde pudessem partilhar sabores da gastronomia tradicional brasileira. Foi assim que nasceu o Capim Dourado, com uma decoração com motivos tropicais. Nesta partilha, optou-se por tentar recriar comida com opções para todas as dietas: da horta, do mar e da fazenda. Dadinhos de tapioca com geleia picante de maracujá, torresmos «pururuca», pãozinho de queijo, servido com linguiça artesanal, «vaca atolada», uma costela coberta com creme de mandioca e farofa de banana e bacon, são alguns dos pratos, com ingredientes típicos. Para beber, continue no Brasil, há cachaça, a base de vários cocktails tropicais, para abrir ou até acompanhar a refeição.
