Contrary to what one might think, there is no relationship between Café Porto Santo and the island of the archipelago of Madeira with the same name. In this case “Porto Santo” is the junction between the city of Porto and the owners' roots, the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. In this establishment, you will find a wide variety of dishes and snacks. At lunchtime you can enjoy and try one of your dishes of the day, taking advantage of the economic menus that include soup and drink. The service is friendly and familiar and the space is welcoming and pleasantly decorated. For example, while having your meal or coffee, you can admire the various clocks that are on the wall with the time zone of different countries.

Jeronymo is a coffee chain founded in the year 2002.
This brand has as objective of its activity the desire to recover the spirit of the old neighborhood cafes, which were assumed as a meeting point and sharing of good times between friends.
Starting from the heritage of these spaces, our service and products offers are adapted to the modern times.
Jeronymo counts on Rua das Flores with its first store in downtown Porto. The space has 40 seats inside and its own terrace with heater and a comfortable blanket for the colder days, while also providing free wi-fi for customers.

AkiháCarne, as its name implies, essentially specializes in selling various types of meat to the general public, in order to satisfy all the needs of this market.
Among the various services that this space offers are the sale of fresh and aged meats, the latter also being available for sale in the form of frozen foods. The offer also includes options such as artisanal hamburgers and organic meats.
To its customers, AkiháCarne also offers a variety of specialized grocery products, carefully selected, such as wines, olive oils and organic honey.

The restaurant Peza Arroz was born in 1944, still under the name Casa de Melgaço, and owes its name to the nickname of the owner’s great-grandfather. It is rustic and welcoming, located in the riverside area of Porto, and it serves good homemade dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine. It is a great place to rest and regain energy, and then continue visiting the riverside area. The pleasant space outside overlooking the Douro River and the not less friendly staff of the space stand out, and you can enjoy some “Tripas à moda do Porto” (the most representative dish of Porto that dates back to the time of the Portuguese Discoveries is cooked with tripe and fat meat, accompanied with thick slices of dark bread; today instead of bread white beans are used), or a Francesinha (a sandwich from the city of Porto, consisting of sausage, fresh sausage, ham, cold meats and beef steak, covered with cheese later melted; it is garnished with a tomato, beer and piri-piri sauce and can be served with French fries as a side dish), or “bacalhau à marinheiro” (codfish fillets, soaked in seafood broth, roasted in the oven with clams, shrimps, peppers and onions), or grilled beefsteak on the dish, among others, while enjoying one of the most emblematic views of Porto and Gaia, savoured with a glass of wine.
