Teppan Sushi & Teppanyaki opened here in 2012, after the success of the first space in the Edifício Transparente. It offers a classic sushi and fusion alternative of high quality, combined with Japanese hot dishes, grilled in the traditional teppanyaki plate and made by the chef, in show cooking, with the ingredients and spices selected by the customer. At lunch you will have a wide variety of sushi and teppanyaki at its free buffet, where you can eat as much as you like. At dinner we suggest two options, no restrictions, the first with classic sushi and teppanyaki and the second with classic sushi, hot sushi and teppanyaki. There is also the option to choose from other specialities.

Garrafeira Costa Cabral is a wine cellar specialized in regional wines and products, mainly from the Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro region, but also has wines from other Portuguese regions, such as Alentejo, Dão and Estremadura. Open since 1969, Concha Douro is one of the oldest pastry shops in the city of Porto. Entering this space is also taking a journey through time, promoting a welcoming environment from other times and a familiarity that one can feel. This does not mean compromising the constant updating and adaptation to the demands of the new times. Here you can make your meal at lunchtime and buy groceries; but the ex-libris of Concha Douro is its pastry shop, especially the confectionary biscuits, ‘seminaristas’ (smaller version of a traditional sweet made with puff pastry, with egg filling and cinnamon and royal glaze topping), ‘glorinhas’ (circular cake with a hole in the middle – it has more or less the shape of a donut – with a very high puff pastry basis; a thick layer of egg jam is applied on it and finally a thin white and crispy layer of sugar syrup covers it all), ‘pastéis de nata’ (Portuguese egg tart pastry dusted with cinnamon) and ‘Hungarian sweets’ (butter biscuit, half of which has chocolate coating). Concha Douro is proud of the quality of its products, which it promotes in the raw materials used and in the maintenance of the original recipes.
