Casa da Zazá Restaurante e Hamburgueria

Having started as a project to sell bicycles in the city of Setúbal, Casa da Zazá arrived in Porto in June 2019. It specializes in the sale of Brazilian pies and Brazilian gastronomy in general, also functioning as a handcrafted hamburger restaurant. At Casa da Zazá you will find everything as if you were in Brazil: chicken fricassee, beans, meatloaf with mushrooms, traditional chicken dishes, and of course the pies with sweet and salty fillings. Every day there is a different dish for lunch, always with very low prices.

Pies, artisan burgers, Brazilian “feijoada”, pasta, chicken curry, steak

Snopão is a self-made pastry and bakery. It features a wide range of bread, with several hot bread buns a day to satisfy your customers. It also has a good supply of fine pastries, producing, for example, delicious miniatures, Húngaros, Natas or palmiers. This is a good place for breakfast or lunch, as it offers very affordable rates every day. Their snack bar service is also quite complete, with various sandwiches, pizzas, francesinhas, hot dogs or Pregos. Finally, it provides cakes for all kinds of celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and baptisms.

Located in one of the busiest areas of the city, Confeitaria Aliança is known for its sweets that always go well with a coffee. In that sense, it presents itself as an interesting place for a mid-morning and afternoon breakfast or snack. But, in addition to sweets, Aliança offers a wide variety of snacks and sandwiches, such steaks or “bifanas”. You can have your meal here and enjoy one of the aforementioned snacks or one of our inexpensive daily dishes, which always include a vegetarian alternative.

The flavors of Hawaii are in Porto. FixeBowl is specialized in the “poke bowl”, a dish that has Hawaiian origin and Japanese inspiration, with raw fish, sushi rice, seeds and vegetables in the mix. In a typical Hawaiian environment, all that is missing is the smell of the beach. Among the “poke bowls” there is a choice between eight combinations, created by Pauline and Amanda, the owners, with oriental, Brazilian and Australian influences. The Tropical bowl is the most popular choice, made with a sushi rice base, with salmon, ginger, cucumber, carrot, red onion, leek, mango, tobiko (flying fish eggs) and sesame sauce. You can always make your own “poke”.
