Opened in 2019, in one of Porto’s best known streets, Mau Feitio, following the trend of practically every area of the city, is a café that also serves meals. There are several options here, from soups, grilled squids, Braga cod, “Mau Feitio” hamburger, hake fillets, egg sausage, special rough, egg turkey steak, German sausage, steak on the plate, special hotdog and, obviously, francesinha. In addition to the diversity of snacks offered at an inviting price (special hotdog, snacks, hamburgers, etc.), which can be tasted and accompanied by a good wine or beer, Big Petisco is highlighted by its customers for its cozy environment. Manteigaria is a custard tart factory with a public service desk. It has two stores in the city of Porto, located in the Clérigos and in the Bolhão area.
Inside it is possible for the customer to observe the whole process of making cream puffs, completely handmade: from the preparation of the dough to the addition of the cream, and, of course, the moment when the cakes are baked. Cream Puffs can be enjoyed inside the store or taken outside. Manteigaria also has the particularity of announcing in the street, through a bell, the exit of a new batch of tartlets ready to be tasted.
