Fábrica da Picaria is a craft beer brewpub that aims to become a trendy, cosmopolitan, signature and tasteful space, where you can enjoy a craft beer in a factory environment while making contact with the various stages of beer production. This way, in this brewpub, you can taste the beer directly from your fermentation vat. Although beer is our ex-libris, Fábrica da Picaria also serves tapas, sandwiches and traditional dishes, all great choices to accompany the craft beers that surely attract those who visit this space.

After working 24 years in a large company, the owner of this space realized her dream of many years of having an establishment that allows her to have contact with people. The taste for typical and regional products and the art of welcoming and the passion to know new flavors and stories, is the origin of this store. In this cozy and familiar space you can buy and taste traditional flavors from all parts of the country, such as jams, corns, olive oil, cookies, honey, cakes, pão de Ló, craft beer and wines. You can also enjoy soups, salads and other snacks on site, as well as have your coffee.

On April 25, 1947, Vicente Peres founded the Sical-Coffee Importer Society. A few years later, the Sical Cafeteria took another step, starting to serve coffee by the cup and continues with the transformation of the place into a cultural landmark, enriching its walls, in 1964, with two tile panels by Júlio Resende. In 2017, the master António Bessa, apprentice of Julio Resende, adds to the estate of the house another work. Confeitaria SICAL is currently a modern space with a relaxed atmosphere that complements the sophisticated views of downtown Porto with its own brand coffee. You can go with a refined pastry, varied sandwiches, toasts, natural juices and teas.

Caçula opened its doors in the city of Porto in 1969. After 42 years in the city downtown, we opened a new space in Praça Carlos Alberto, with the same identity and the same careful and attentive service, in a restored building.
This space has a room on the ground floor, open all week with daily menus for lunch, tapas in the evening and a la carte service for dinner. It also has an extended weekly offer of wines by the glass.
On the upper floors of O Caçula, we have rooms for groups, upon reservation, where the customer can establish the menu to their liking. As the motto of this house says, “O Caçula makes the rest happen!”.
