Flátia Doce is an old store that has grown to meet the needs of customers. Going here and not eating a bifana is like going to Porto once in a lifetime and not drinking a port. According to the owner, Mr. Albino, also the green broth is at the level of the bifanas, because “there is no time of day when it is not fresh, hot and ready to eat”.
