Na Muche Restaurant is characterised by the provenance of the products that make up the menu, which is seasonal and local. From breakfast to dinner, customers can expect honest dishes, in which the ingredients – many of them grown in the owner’s vegetable garden – are carefully treated, in order to offer quality options. The dining room is cosy and the restaurant also has a terrace. As well as the à la carte service, the restaurant also offers lunch menus. They are proud of their “Abade de Priscos” pudding (typical Portuguese dessert, created by the Abbot of Priscos, in the 19th century, containing bacon and a very large number of egg yolks), the recipe which, they guarantee, was given by the Abbot to the owner’s grandmother. Try it and you will believe it.

A Loja dos Pastéis de Chaves is a franchise with an original concept, based on the commercialization of a certified mono-product, with all the advantages arising from it. This shop is located at Firmeza Street. The products sold in its space differ in their superior quality, giving top priority to customer satisfaction. In a mix of traditional flavors with bolder ones, this establishment offers eight different options “Pastel de Chaves” for all tastes: veal, chicken, chicken and sun-dried tomato, chicken and chili, cod, egg and almond, chocolate and vegetarian.

Open Kitchen began as a grocery store for Portuguese products from small producers across the country. To help make known the quality of these products, many of them organic, the owner Miguel Almeida set up a small kitchen on site. It is a kind of tasting room, where you prepare snacks with the products available. In addition to these snacks that you can taste at any time of the day, it also serves lunches made from the products you sell at the store.
