At A Casinha da Maria customers can find various types of regional food products: olive oil and preserves, traditional sweets, bread and smoked meats from Trás-os-Montes, ‘folares, wines, honey, cheese and butter, among many others.
Here, the delicacies are 100% Portuguese, highlighting the Bolo-rei and the Bolo Raínha, baked in a wood oven.
All products are handmade and traditionally made, with reduced use of additives.

Its network of employees includes beekeepers and beekeeping producers, and this establishment collects its products in various apiaries between the regions of Trás-os-Montes and the northern coast.
