São Nicolau is a home cooking restaurant offering a varied range of traditional Portuguese food at an economical price. It has daily dishes with meat and fish alternatives, as well as salads and snacks such as hot dogs, the Portuguese Prego and the Picota hamburger. Our specialty, however, is the francesinha, not only traditional with a XXL version for brave customers, but also of other varieties such as chicken francesinha and two types of vegetarian francesinhas (of tofu and of egg). Given this offer, it is the ideal place for either a meal, a snack or a beer during a stroll along the Douro River.

There is a lot to choose from, but the emphasis is on the offer in diminutives. Diminutives in name, great in flavour. The product in prominence are the Bifaninhas, considered by many the best in Porto. You can also choose Preguinhos in bread or Bichorrinhos, which can include cheese from Serra, according to personal taste. According to them, what distinguishes them is their taste, professionalism and a very special ingredient – affection.

Opened in 2019, Angel Coffee is one of the many solutions that Porto has to offer in the context of catering, in a context of great tourist influx to the city. It is a snack bar that offers home-cooked meals, discounts and inviting prices, and where you can save money as bifanas, as gizzards and, yes, there is francesinha. Leaving Porto without experiencing the French is walking around Paris and not visiting the Eiffel Tower. There is something for everyone, see the choice of ingredients, like all direct, or the secret is always in the sauce.
