MANNA has the purpose of sharing a conscious lifestyle and an integral well-being, respecting food and yogi philosophy. Consequently, it is a space that gathers an offer of vegetarian and vegan food, of organic matrix, local and seasonal, artisan bakery, convenience shop, of small local producers, and yoga and meditation studio. Their love for organic, vegetarian and vegan food makes them look for local and seasonal products, doing everything from scratch, preserving the nutritional qualities of each ingredient. They want to bring the yoga message to a growing number of people, through their classes, sharing the principles of this philosophy in everything they propose to do.

If we talk about Pedro dos Frangos we obviously have to talk about chicken. However, this establishment is known for the chicken closed on a spit, roasted on a brazier, having been the first to coo kit like that in the city. It is also a restaurant known for its offer of traditional Portuguese dishes, namely, “cozido à portuguesa”, “tripas à Moda do Porto”, roasted lamb, “bacalhau à João do Grão”, “rancho”, among others. The origin of the establishment dates back to 1939 as a grazing house. On November 11th, 1961, Pedro da Silva founded the “Casa do Pedro”, a name he owes to its founder, Pedro da Silva. It was in 1978 that the “Casa do Pedro” became “Pedro dos Frangos”, the name by which it is known today.

Cafetaria do Marquês offers an unpretentious, familiar and welcoming space, mostly attended by regular customers, where you can count on a friendly service. It can be the chosen place to have light meals, complete meals, breakfasts, snacks or even just to have coffee. This way you have a varied offer, from mixed toasts, hotdogs of the house, special hotdog, omelette sandwiches, to, as you should expect, the famous Francesinha (a sandwich from the city of Porto, consisting of sausage, fresh sausage, ham, cold meats and beef steak, covered with cheese later melted; it is garnished with a tomato, beer and piri-piri sauce and can be served with French fries as a side dish). All dishes can be served on a menu with refreshing drinks, as well as lunch menus, with an offer that varies every day of the week. It has a full bar and free Wi-Fi.
