Foreva is a 100% Portuguese footwear brand, proud to be part of the construction and growth of a booming business sector, with increasing recognition worldwide. Since its inception, this brand has grown on a selective investment strategy and a careful choice of implementation locations for each of its stores, always focused on the customer who identifies with Foreva’s way of being.

The Sir Tile® brand is an accumulation of ideas collected over 20 years of work in the area of design, combined with the wealth of the city of Porto, the knowledge of the textile industry and the pleasure of sharing that which Portugal has of unique. The brand was created in 2018 and the physical shop was born from the need to have a direct contact with customers. Here you can find socks without gender, of high range, produced in Portugal, with an aesthetic concept different from other brands. Made of 100% long fibre, soft and resistant cotton, in order to provide better comfort and at the same time ensure the durability of the product, in a period when the sustainability of the textile industry is the order of the day.

Cartbel Sapatarias is a family business with 21 years of experience in the footwear business. Initially it owned only one establishment in Rua de Santa Teresa, later expanding its business to Rua 31 de Janeiro. Similarly, in the early days of activity, this shoe store sells only footwear. However, with the emergence of new needs and wants from its customers, the offer expanded to meet demand. Thus, this space also had portfolios for sale.
