Preenche Vazios (‘filling voids’) is a tiling workshop where the client can order custom panels, with patterns and phrases to his/her liking, as well as merchandising. It was born with the intention of filling the empty spaces on the façades of houses and buildings in the cities. The project intends to draw attention to the small details that surround us daily, and surprise passers-by with something they were not used to seeing during their journey, assigning small messages from Portuguese poets. Much more than an artistic intervention, the project intends to draw attention to the need to preserve the Portuguese tile heritage which has suffered a progressive loss of tiles in recent years.
Tiles with phrases, custom panels, notebooks, magnets, totebgs, postcards, masks.

Museu das Marionetas is an author museum, centered on the work of João Paulo Seara Cardoso (1956-2010), director and artistic director of the Porto Puppet Theater. This is a memory space and future, in constant update. The opening of the Museum in 2013 marked the 25th anniversary of the Company. Puppets, props and emblematic objects used in the Company’s shows, as well as some of its stories, are exhibited and shared here. Museu das Marionetas also has a shop where various objects are available for sale, such as the puppets, brochures, catalogs and merchandising of the museum itself.

It has a business hour when it is open to the public, but, if necessary, also makes attendance according to appointment.
