The iLoja® is governed by the primordial values of speed, efficiency and quality of service. Its purpose is total customer satisfaction, through premium and tailor-made solutions. They have several tools that ensure maximum customer comfort, such as remote repair, same-day deliveries, large door parking and a portal to follow orders/repairs. With three shops in the country, in order to be close to customers at strategic points, it initially focused on the Apple repair market. Since 2020, iLoja® has also been marketing reconditioned devices, with the idea of providing the experience of a premium device to any type of audience.
