Opened in 2014, Sinquenta Têxteis is dedicated to the marketing of textile articles, home decoration and baby clothing, leather goods, travel goods, furniture and toys, as well as processing and customisation of the most diverse textile articles, tailored to the needs of their customers. It inaugurated its first shop in March 2014, in the centre of the city, on the birthday of its managing partner, which also motivated the choice of the name. A year later, the second shop opened. The diversity and originality of the products and the possibility of their transformation and adaptation to the needs of the customers make Sinquenta Têxteis an appreciated and recognised company.

The name of this store (which sounds similar to Está aqui tudo / Everything’s here) says, with great humor, almost everything you need to know about it. In fact, in this establishment you can find a little of everything. If you find that you are missing something at home, you are more likely to find it somewhere on Taki Tudo’s shelves. Everything, whether it’s a tool, a phone charger, a kitchenware, a piece of clothing or even a small piece of furniture. You will hardly leave Taki Tudo without finding at least three or four utilities that are missing from your home and whose purchase has been delayed. In addition to the large and diverse range of products, prices are very economical.

XL arises from an old desire of its owner, Alexandra S. Monteiro, to build a space that reflects her personality and experiences. The search for new things and new designers was one of her priorities, seeking to find a style that represented something fresh in Porto. There is a concern in bridging the gap between classic and modern, combining Scandinavian style, also characterized by simple and functional lines with old styles, such as the 1950s. XL assumes a taste for simplicity of lines, design and of functionality, closely linked to the sometimes chaotic, modern lifestyle, that makes one look for an uncomplicated, elegant and functional home environment.
