In the middle of 2020, in a context of summer and pandemic, the owner missed his native Bahia, its relaxed climate, a place to drink a cold beer, a place to feel at home. He noticed that this feeling was not unique, but of the entire Brazilian community living in the city. It was there that he decided to open the Boteco Pra Começar, according to the Brazilian tradition, to contagion the Invicta with a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. According to them, its beer is "stupidly cold", its portions are generous and have exclusive recipes from the "Patroa" of ‘dadinho de tapioca’ (tapioca little squares), cream topside, mini kibe, besides the traditional acarajé. They also have executive dinner menus.
Brazilian snacks, appetizers, bird chicken, bean cake.

Who does not remember the famous La Coppa crepes and pancakes?
With a renewed image, Nova Copa offers its customers the same crepes and the same pancakes as always, made with the same hand.
From its menu we also highlight the 100% homemade hamburgers, which are recommended to be accompanied by a sangria of sparkling wine and strawberry, a homemade beer or a good glass of wine.
To finish, drink a coffee or decaf with a mint, chamomile or vanilla flavour, accompanied by an After Eight mint, a slice of salami or a ‘brigadeiro’ (the ingredients of the ‘brigadeiro’ are condensed milk, powdered chocolate, butter or margarine and granulated chocolate for the coverage), always with the quality that is recognised in the service of the Nova Copa.

Bulha is a group of two restaurants in the city of Porto, specialised in traditional Portuguese food. In their restaurants there are always fresh products used in the confection of the menu and, among the existing offers, there are the cod dishes with bread and cod à la Bulha (house special dish). This is also the only place in the city that works with octopus flower.
This Bulha restaurant is located in Rua de Sá da Bandeira. Here, it is possible to find several meals based on codfish (such as codfish rice or codfish à la Brás (Portuguese dish made from shreds of salted cod, onions and thinly chopped (matchstick-sized) fried potatoes, all bound with scrambled eggs. It is usually garnished with black olives and sprinkled with fresh parsley)), octopus (octopus rice or octopus ‘à lagareiro’ (octopus cooked in olive oil)) and seafood (seafood rice or ‘açorda de marisco’ (typical Portuguese dish composed of thinly sliced bread with garlic, finely chopped coriander, olive oil, vinegar, water, white pepper, salt and poached eggs; this one also has shellfish).

With a privileged location right in the heart of the city and more than 25 years of existence, Confeitaria Bella Roma stands out for the huge variety of sweet and savory that serves its customers. You can choose Bella Roma for a daybreak for coffee and cream or a small snack. You can also take home a box with your much-lauded miniatures or “húngaros”. In addition to confectionery, you can come to this establishment for a meal, as it offers a wide range of Portuguese traditional cuisine every day, such as classic “tripas à moda do Porto” (Porto-style guts), duck rice, various types of cod or veal steak.
