O restaurante e bar Flow surge a partir da visita casual de dois amigos a um edifício neo-árabe situado na baixa do Porto, mais concretamente na Rua da Conceição.
A paixão pelo edifício é imediata e os dois iniciam a sua recuperação, mantendo a traça original e apostando numa decoração sofisticada, simultaneamente clássica e intemporal.
Acompanhando o ritmo da cidade, o Flow apresenta uma junção de sabores das gastronomias japonesa e mediterrânica, numa mistura improvável mas surpreendente.
Oferece ainda serviço de bar e dispõe de um terraço que não deixará os seus visitantes indiferentes.

Anchored in the center of Porto since 93 years ago, the oldest cheese house in Porto recently reopened and, at this moment, it is much more than a cheese house. It kept its essence and tradition in national cheeses, which are worked both in its original form, but also recreated and reworked in dishes by chef João Pupo Lameiras, using mainly Portuguese products combined with ingredients so good that they speak for themselves. The interiors remain faithful to the original, with notes of art nouveau and art deco, with the marble tables of the old café, the Portuguese chairs made of Brazil wood and engraved leather, the surroundings of the curved windows and cork.

Open since December 2015, Restaurante Avenida 830 serves both traditional and contemporary food. At lunchtime you can enjoy one of our menus, including soup, main dishes, bread, dessert, drink and coffee. The food is homemade and we always have options of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. In addition to the daily options, you can try some “a la carte” dishes such as a wide variety of pastas and different vegetarian options. In addition, it is a pleasant and well-decorated place with a terrace where, beyond meals, you can have a coffee and relax. It is also a great option for group dinners.
