The specialties of Novo Molhe are sushi, tapas and homemade ice cream. In this space, part of the Restaurant Do Molhe building, three new tasting areas are available in addition to the already renowned and elegant restaurant service. Sushi is one of the cuisines in expansion, very appreciated by the Portuguese, as well as tapas, a type of snack characteristic of neighbouring Spain. Ice cream making, an art which is very much promoted in Italy, is also growing in our country, and the highlight goes to its artisan form, which allows the creation of original flavours. Podium Burguer is much more than a Burger place. It is a unpretentious space and that refers to the typical brazilian snack bars or pubs, ideal for a quick snack on a daily basis. Here you can find self-made brazilian snacks, such as coxinha, pão de queijo, kibe and pastel de vento, besides common sandwiches from Brazil, such as X-Tudo, catupiry and hamburgers, for every taste. Also, there’s always dessert of the day, as cake, beijinho, brigadeiro, among others. In a warming environment you can still count on the friendliness, making this space even more familiar.

Restaurante Verde Minho serves traditional Portuguese food. You can taste in the same space the famous Francesinha (a sandwich from the city of Porto, consisting of sausage, fresh sausage, ham, cold meats and beef steak, covered with cheese later melted; it is garnished with a tomato, beer and piri-piri sauce and can be served with French fries as a side dish), or a tasty fish, or a meat dish, accompanied by a good wine. The menu has a generous offer, which can vary depending on the day, but you will always find a choice of soup, fish dishes, such as grilled bream or ‘codfish à Braga’ (fried codfish, served with a lot of onions, chips and pickles), meat dishes, such as ‘feijoada à Transmontana’ (a Portuguese dish prepared with red beans or large white beans, ears, snout and smoked pork and various types of sausages; it can take tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and other seasonings; it is usually accompanied by white rice), veal small steaks, black pork steaks, veal cutlet with potatoes cooked in their skin, laminated picanha, grilled veal on a stick or cutlet, among others. This is a place where you can feel the true spirit of the city of Porto, with a warm atmosphere and very competitive prices.
