Romano has been around for over 20 years. Its main specialty is traditional Portuguese food. Munchie Burger is the first artisanal burger in Porto. Born on July 16, 2013, the need to address the lack of meals for young people in Porto’s “moved” area was born. This is an innovative and informal concept, developed by a team of young people who attended the night and knew well what could result: a different hamburger that does not have “fast food”, but quality light food, prepared “on the spot ”with fresh, locally sourced produce. Today, Munchie is a reference brand in the Greater Porto area, and strives for the continuity of the quality of its products, currently having three open spaces in Greater Porto.

Dom Brasas Porto belongs to a network that already has four open spaces. This is the only one in the city of Porto. Dom Brasas is known as a restaurant specialising in barbecue and cooked food on the hot coals, oriented towards take-away. With a menu specialised in traditional Portuguese cuisine, it has local and regional dishes. There are meat dishes, like chicken on the barbecue, mixed barbecue, spare ribs, rabbit on the hot coals, black pork kebabs, ‘rojões’ (diced pork meat) in the house style, veal cutlet à la Dom Brasas, among others, fish dishes, with variations of cod, octopus, salmon, squid, salads, its version of the famous Francesinha, soups for all tastes and typical Portuguese desserts.
