Tapas n’Friends brand has been growing, already having several spaces in operation in Lisbon and Porto. Its concept is sharing food, with over 50 tapas to choose from, with Portuguese, Spanish and Italian influence, ideal for sharing with friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Moreda owes its name to Manuel Francisco Moreda, a former councilor of the Oporto Chamber and member of the Porto Trade Association, who in 1860 opened a fig brandy distillery, which later evolved into the wider trade of wines and white drinks. Moreda has a huge variety of snacks made from shard cake such as nail and garlic shard cake. Noteworthy is the francesinha in Caco cake, a mix between the most typical Porto snack with one of the delights of Madeira.
