Under the sign of products of national origin, it presents a variety of Portuguese regional products of differentiated quality, highlighting the conventual sweets of Amarante, "the best palmier in the world" and the covillets of Viana do Castelo. To facilitate the choice of the most undecided, menus were created that combine the best Douro wine (white, red, rosé, Verde or even a glass of Port wine) with the best cheese, hams or smoked pork loin, to be consumed in the area. Enaltece Sabor also offers its customers a take-away service.
