InThePendant Gallery is a contemporary jewellery gallery founded by Cristina Roque dos Santos and Joana Mieiro. This place presents designers, artists and jewelers in a display of works and objects that, from design to art, seek to establish a dynamic relationship with the public and sensitize perceptions of adornment and use. Each exhibition combines high jewellery with design and there is a huge diversity of materials and sensitivities in the exhibits. In this jewellery you will find unique, bold, irreverent and different jewelry than usual, which deconstructs the very concept that the general public has of what a jewelry is.

Alcino Cardosas Store opened in 2011, becoming the first store of the prestigious Alcino brand in downtown Porto. Sharing the building with the iconic Intercontinental Porto Hotel – Palacio das Cardosas, this establishment is a privileged place for you to admire and even purchase handcrafted pieces from Alcino’s workshop. Among the various jewelry products produced by this brand are necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and filigree. Its extensive catalog also includes various decorative items such as jugs, candlesticks, cups, boxes and figures as well as tableware and sacred art.

Collectiva is an independent platform and store-gallery. Arises with the intention of promoting the Portuguese jewelery of author in the feminine. It is based on criteria of identity, contemporaneity and exclusivity, and aims to promote the work of emerging Portuguese designers and brands, with limited editions and exclusive pieces, as well as a wider program of exhibitions and regular events. This is also a space for reflection on design and the act of artistic creation, current Portuguese jewelery and the relationship of the product with the market, the public and urban culture. The founders of Collectiva are the authors Ana Bragança, Joana Santos, Lia Gonçalves, Marta Pinto Ribeiro and Susana Teixeira.
