OPFC results from the clinical and personal experience of its founding partners, who have realised that public and private medical institutions usually focus on standardised diagnosis and treatment of problems. They consider all cases a priority, doing everything in their power to solve the problem that motivated the consultation. They aim to spread the concept of rapid and individualised treatment of the problem. The first clinic appeared in Porto, but they want to grow and expand their practices.
