Founded in 1988, Giarte was originally dedicated to medals and the production of art objects – collections and limited edition pieces in noble metals. Always with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, it is currently dedicated to the creation, commercialisation, repairing and personalisation of articles of jewellery and goldsmithery, as well as the commercialisation of tools and accessories of support to the industry and schools of jewellery. Among its products and services, galvanic baths and author jewellery stand out.

Designer jewelery located in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto and specialized in custom pieces by request of our customers and also in jewelry restoration. In addition to a shop where you can admire dozens of pieces on display, OR Jóias is also a studio: its owner and jeweler Óscar Rodrigues welcomes his customers an d visitors with an open smile and makes a point of sharing his passion for art with them, while giving the opportunity of inviting them to stay and see him in the creative process. Incidentally, the workbench is located right in the center of the store, allowing one to observe live the artisan work behind the design and manufacture of a jewel.

Collectiva is an independent platform and store-gallery. Arises with the intention of promoting the Portuguese jewelery of author in the feminine. It is based on criteria of identity, contemporaneity and exclusivity, and aims to promote the work of emerging Portuguese designers and brands, with limited editions and exclusive pieces, as well as a wider program of exhibitions and regular events. This is also a space for reflection on design and the act of artistic creation, current Portuguese jewelery and the relationship of the product with the market, the public and urban culture. The founders of Collectiva are the authors Ana Bragança, Joana Santos, Lia Gonçalves, Marta Pinto Ribeiro and Susana Teixeira.
