InThePendant Gallery is a contemporary jewellery gallery founded by Cristina Roque dos Santos and Joana Mieiro. This place presents designers, artists and jewelers in a display of works and objects that, from design to art, seek to establish a dynamic relationship with the public and sensitize perceptions of adornment and use. Each exhibition combines high jewellery with design and there is a huge diversity of materials and sensitivities in the exhibits. In this jewellery you will find unique, bold, irreverent and different jewelry than usual, which deconstructs the very concept that the general public has of what a jewelry is.

Neves & Filha jewelery has more than a century and a half of history. During that time, all the stories have been recorded in a small book in the house by customers who pass by. This traditional and familiar business has its main identity characteristic in the representative pieces of Portuguese jewelery, which it has been selling for decades. The art of jewelery is the hallmark of this establishment, which is recognized for its filigree work. Visiting Neves e Filha is like revisiting the past. All the furniture in the establishment is original. As well as the wooden and glass counter, the worked ceilings, the wall mirrors, the ivory door handles, among others.
