Founded in 1824, the Fábrica de Porcelana da Vista Alegre was the first industrial unit dedicated to porcelain production in Portugal. From the outskirts of Ílhavo, it quickly gained national recognition, especially by the royal house. The brand never lost its identity, but also never lost its power of adaptation, following throughout its history the different artistic currents. Opened in 2014, Sinquenta Têxteis is dedicated to the marketing of textile articles, home decoration and baby clothing, leather goods, travel goods, furniture and toys, as well as processing and customisation of the most diverse textile articles, tailored to the needs of their customers.
